FocusShifter is a full follow focus set, which includes all the accessories that you would need to take a cinematic style focus pull shot. FocusShifter is primarily for videography work. Find out more about FocusShifter.

LensShifter is a simplified version that doesn’t include the follow focus accessories. It’s designed to improve the precision of focusing manually and adjusting zoom for both photo and video work.

 

LensShifter can be used by itself or in conjunction with FocusShifter. Example: If you are shooting a video, and want to set up a focus pull with the ability to hit the focus points precisely every time through multiple takes, then set up a FocusShifter on your focus ring. If you also need to make adjustments to zoom on the same lens, add a LensShifter to the zoom ring.
